Del Sol is a fully furnished luxury 1BHK apartment located in Calangute, North Goa, has a common pool & stunning orchard view from the 3rd floor. Having located at 1.2km to the Calangute beach & 100mtrs to supermarkets, this classic holiday home is at the heart of tourist belt of Goa.

Check out: 10:00 to 11:00 hours.

Check in: 14:00 hours.

Early check in and late check out will depend on the availability.

Check out after 10:30 will be charged Rs.500/- per hour, irrespective of date

of check out or check in.

• All the guests are required to provide valid ID proof at the time of check in. All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
• The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the apartment.
• Be environment friendly, please switch off the air conditioners, lights and other electrical equipment’s if not in use or while going out of the apartment.
• Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
• Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
• A refundable security deposit of Rs.2000/- may be collected before check-in. This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed.  
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the apartment only. Smoking inside the apartment will attract penalty of Rs.2000/- for de-odouring the curtains.
• Timings for Swimming Pool: 8am to 6pm. Swimming costumes are mandatory while using swimming pool.
• Playing loud music or making excessive noise in the apartment or inside the communal area is not permitted.
• Since place is next to paddy fields, so It’s advisable for guests to close all the windows and balcony doors after sunset to avoid attracting insects and bugs to enter the apartment at nighttime.
• Parking space is available inside the complex but on first come first basis.
• Housekeeping will be done on daily basis which will not include cleaning of utensils.  Our staff will be happy to do the dishes on your behalf. just pay them Rs.200/- in case if you hate washing them. Linen change is done once every three days. Additional linen will be charged.
• Pets not allowed.
• If the apartment keys are lost, a penalty of Rs.5000/- will be charged towards changing of lock system of the entire apartment.
